We specialize in servicing kitchen cutlery and straight razors. If you have something that needs sharpening that's outside our usual services, please contact us at, to see if we can accomdate your needs.

1. Bundle up your knives carefully. Please fill out this Sharpening Drop-off Form

2, Contact us by phone or text (734.276.7030) or by email (, with your address and best time to pick-up (you can also leave the bundle at a safe place outside, or in a mailbox), and we'll swing by ASAP.

3. We'll be in touch via your preferred communication method to confirm the drop-off and costs.

Turnaround for drop-off services is usually 24-48 hours, depending on volume (major repairs, alterations, and single bevel knives may take longer).

We offer mail-in sharpening services for those not in the Portland area. Please fill out and include the Mail-In Form for service options, safe packaging steps, our address, and policies.


We offer discounted rates for those in the food service and hospitality industry who require regular sharpenings. If you’re interested in a commercial relationship, send Evan an email (at with a brief description of your needs (business info, # of knives needing sharpening, frequency, etc) and any questions. We look forward to hearing from you!

Staff employed by businesses we do commercial sharpening with are eligible for up to a 10% discount on personal sharpening services (a verifiable form of current employment must be presented) as our thank you for making the Portland area food and service scene so special!
